360Sports is a digital sports platform combining sports content, community, creator channels, fantasy, predictions, live data, fan engagement and loyalty features.

Users must not post, upload, share or distribute content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, misleading or otherwise inappropriate.
360Sports reserves the right to remove content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
You may be able to post, upload, comment, message, react or otherwise contribute content. You remain responsible for your content.
By posting content on 360Sports, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, promote and use that content for operating and marketing the platform.
We may remove content that breaches these Terms or our community standards.
Users can report objectionable content or abusive behaviour through the platform, and reported content may be reviewed and removed by moderators or administrators.
Creators may be able to operate channels or communities on 360Sports.
Creator access, monetisation, promotion and rewards are subject to separate approval and may be governed by additional terms.
We do not guarantee any creator revenue, audience size, exposure or commercial outcome.
360Sports may include fantasy, prediction, quiz, challenge or game features.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these features are for entertainment and fan engagement purposes only. They do not constitute gambling, betting or a financial product.
Any prizes, rewards or competitions will be subject to specific rules where applicable.
Where contests, giveaways, sweepstakes or promotional competitions are conducted through the platform, additional official rules and eligibility requirements may apply.
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, affiliated with, or involved in any contest, giveaway, sweepstakes, competition or promotional activity available through 360Sports.
360Sports may include loyalty, referral, status or reward features, including Flare.

Sports data, statistics, fixtures, scores, video, images and editorial content may be provided by third parties.
We aim to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that all data will be complete, current or error-free. Users should not rely on 360Sports as the sole source of official match, league, club or tournament information.
360Sports, its branding, design, software, content, features and technology are owned or licensed by us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the service without permission.
The app may link to or integrate third-party services, including payment providers, data providers, content providers, social platforms and authentication tools.
We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, privacy practices or failures.
We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend, update or restrict the service for maintenance, security, legal, commercial or operational reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
